House Rules

  • Full payment is charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

    Weekend bookings have a 2 night minimum requirement and a 3 night minimum requirement during holiday weekends.

  • Check in time is at 3pm and check out at 11am at the end of your reservation. Late check out or early check in must be arranged in advance. This is subject to availibility; we will reserve the right to attach discretionary fees to unnapproved late check-outs. checking out after 1pm will incure the full cost of the room for the following night as we will not have time to reset.

    Losing or not returning keys will result in a $35 fee.

  • Cancellations occuring 30 days or more prior to your stay will recieve a full refund. For     cancellations made 29-8 days prior to your stay, there will be a 15% cancellation fee from the total cost of the stay. Cancellations within 7 days of your stay are subject to full cost of your stay. Early check outs and No-Shows are subject to full rate stay.

  • Room Block bookings have a 2 night minimum requirement for Friday and Saturday and a 3 night minimum during holiday weekends. A 100% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Our Main Lodge rooms are intended for double occupancy. Please inquire if your group has more than two adults, or if you will be traveling with children. A cot can be set up, pending availability, but not all rooms can accommodate an additional occupant. Fees apply: $25 per night per child, $75 per adult.

  • All holiday weekends will run on weekend rates and a 3 night minimum is required. This applies to the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day.

  • We do NOT allow pets in the Lodging rooms. Destruction of property by any occupants will result in a fine; amount dependent on the damage.

  • Smoking and lighting candles indoors are strictly prohibited. A fee of $250 will be charged to your credit card if evidence of either is discovered. Please ask our front desk about our designated smoking areas. We thrive to keep a clean and healthy environment for all guests. Please discard cigarette butts properly and not inside the fire pit or green areas.
